Willowlamp is an award-winning South African lighting company whose products employ an innovative yet simple technique of attaching ball-chain to steel frames via a patented notch system. Curtains, veils, or latticeworks of straight, looped, or willowed metal ball-chains flow elegantly from laser-cut frames. From sleek and simple lamps to custom ceiling light sculptures, available in a variety of metals and finishes, the design possibilities are endless. 

Founder and creative director Adam Hoets takes inspiration from the principles of sacred geometry in his designs for willowlamp that combine organic shapes with precise technical detail. Every willowlamp is assembled in the Cape Town workshop by a skilled team of craftsmen using best-in-class materials and lighting technology.
