Water Dixon is founded by Caitlin Warther and Wendy Dixon, an artist duo who run a collaborative practice. Their work creates perceptual questions around the themes of time, identity and spirit. Favouring: glass, metal, mirror and light their process celebrates chance material reactions. Their aim is to centre the viewer as the subject of the work, allowing each person their own embodied experience of self through moments of reflection and awe-inspired perceptual awareness. They have held solo exhibitions with Everard Read gallery in Cape Town and Doyle Wham in London, and exhibited at the Zeitz MOCAA Museum and Nirox Foundation.
